
INGREDIENTS
- 800g hulled strawberries
- ½ cup (125g) castor sugar
- ½ cup (125ml) lemon juice
- Pinch of salt

METHOD
- Blitz strawberries, castor sugar, lemon juice and salt together in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container and place in the coolest part of the freezer.
- Whisk vigorously every 30 minutes to break apart ice particles.
- Freeze until hard.
- Soften slightly before serving.
