In a bid to eat more healthier this year, i decided to try out these turkey cups and i had found the recipe in Aldi’s January Magazine. This was not as delicious as i thought they would be. I did not like the sweetness of the honey so if you are the kind of person who does not like pairing sweet and savoury things than i would suggest not adding the honey.

Serves 12|Prep Time 10 mins| Cook time 15-20 minutes
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add 6 sliced mushrooms and allow to brown. Add 450g of turkey mince and 1 finely diced carrot for a few minutes.
- Add 1 diced chilli, 1 garlic clove grated and cook for 5 mins. Stir in 3 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp honey. Cook until the turkey is cooked through.
- Separate the leaves from 2 gem lettuces and carefully spoon in the cooked turkey mince.

And they you have it folks, some healthy lunch for you.

Enjoy!
