Strawberry Sorbet

A refreshing burst of flavour. INGREDIENTS 800g hulled strawberries½ cup (125g) castor sugar½ cup (125ml) lemon juicePinch of salt METHOD Blitz strawberries, castor sugar, lemon juice and salt together in a food processor until smooth.Pour into a freezer-safe container and place in the coolest part of the freezer.Whisk vigorously every 30 minutes to break apart ice particles.Freeze until hard.Soften slightly before serving.
